Author Joumana McGowan
Dr. Joumana McGowan is a veteran California college educator and administrator with over 20 years of experience in California. She has served as Vice President of Academic Affairs at Citrus College, where she provided executive leadership for educational policy, academic programs, and student learning support operations. Prior to that, she was Associate Vice President of Instructional Services at Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) for six years, where she oversaw eight divisions within the instructional unit. Dr. McGowan has also held numerous other positions within academia, including Dean of Business and Tenured Business Management Professor.
